Eduniversal Best Masters Ranking: Arts Management Program Among the Top Four Programs Focused on Cultural Management
The Arts Management program taught at the Faculty of Business Administration VŠE has been ranked 4th in the Eduniversal Best Masters Ranking (Cultural Management / Creative industries Management) 2024. Compared to the previous year, it has moved up 3 places in the ranking. The Arts Management program has consolidated its position in the world’s top cultural management education for several years in a row.
At the first place, there is SDA Bocconi School of Management located in Milan, second place belongs to Faculty of Human Sciences – Universidade Católica Portuguesa and HEC Paris got the third place.

Needless to say, we are all happy about the placement. All the more so because Eduniversal is not just focused on “dry” academic evaluation of study programmes, but primarily on their practical application in a global framework, based mainly on the evaluation of our successful graduates. Personally, I see this as a certain satisfaction for our strategic orientation towards cooperation with practice – a challenging, sometimes thorny effort to involve personalities of cultural management in teaching – from top artists, government experts and managers of large cultural organizations to operators of family businesses and managers of cultural facilities. So the success goes to them too, if they didn’t take us as a desirable and promising partner and dedicate themselves to our students, we would probably remain just that “dry” school field, but then again there would be no one to evaluate us.
The Arts Management program is focused on education in management, marketing, media, and the economics of culture, which are then combined with culture-oriented courses. Its ambition is to educate students so they can occupy chief posts in commercial, non-profit and government organisations.
