Center for Workspace Research is looking for Research Fellow in Work/ Organizational/ Industrial Research

The Research Fellow will work at the newly established Center for Workplace Research (CWER), an integral part of the Faculty of Business Administration, Prague University of Economics and Business. Center for Workplace Research has been established to explore contemporary work, related changes and transformations in work environments, and the social and cultural aspects that shape an individual in the context of a selected labour process.

The ideal candidate would have traceable and adequate experience with workplace research and the motivation to investigate the transformation of both onsite and digital/virtual work processes. Therefore, the future fellow would be expected to be involved in research projects and develop a research agenda that would correspond with the strategic aims of the center. That said, the position’s focus is laid on writing and ensuring the successful completion of academic-oriented articles, reports, and literature reviews. Thus, the selected fellow will be a pivotal contributor to the overall success and impact of the CWER, alongside the head of the center and its team.

 

Half-time (20 hours/week) position for 24 months starting from January 2022.
