38th Workshop on Strategic Human Resource Management will take place at the Prague University of Economics and Business on April 27-28, 2023.
The 2023 workshop main theme is “CHALLENGES FOR HRM IN THE NEXT GENERATION”.

The workshop accepts papers in all stages of development (dissertation proposals, research in progress, and completed research) and they occasionally collect the best of these for a special issue in a reputable journal. The last special issue will be published as a book by Routledge – Taylor & Francis Group titled, International Perspectives on Employee Engagement. The submission deadline is February 1, 2023.
