Prague University of Economics and Business is the 52nd Best Business School in Europe According to the Financial Times. That is 10 Places Better Than Last Year.
Today, the Financial Times published the results of this year’s comparison of European business schools. The Prague University of Economics and Business scored 10 places better than the previous year and occupies the 52nd place.
Leader of the ranking is HEC Paris, which, like VŠE, is also one of the 33 universities in the CEMS alliance. If we compare only schools from the former Eastern Bloc, only Poland’s Kozminsky University remains ahead of VŠE In the European Business Schools 2023 ranking, being 40th this year. VŠE dominates the CEE region with its CEMS program from the Faculty of Business Administration. In the ranking of the world’s best Master in Management programs published by the Financial Times in September, VŠE was ranked 18th.
The ranking factors compiled by the Financial Times are based on data from universities and their alumni. The Faculty of Business Administration provides this data on behalf of VŠE.
In the case of the newly released Financial Times European Business Schools 2023 ranking, the quality of study and the breadth of programs on offer are the main factors assessed. More emphasis is placed on quality so that schools that offer high-quality education but do not have all the program categories assessed can still perform well in the rankings. The school’s position in other Financial Times rankings from the same year, like MBA, Executive MBA, Masters in Management (MiM), and two rankings of non-academic executive education programs, influences the score as well.

The admission procedure for the CEMS/MIM Programme at VSE offers 2 intakes, upon which selected students have to pass the Assessment Centre.
The 1st intake deadline is on February 28, 2024.
The 2nd intake is subject to available spots, the deadline is on April 30, 2024.
Students have to submit the required documents before the application deadline.
