The Human Resources Research Center team conducts basic and applied research in the field of human resources management, particularly in the area of current trends and changes related to the use of AI, hybrid work or virtual teams, the quality and effectiveness of human resources, talent management, planning and career development of diverse teams, etc. The aim is to acquire and pass on the latest knowledge about modern trends and technologies in HRM and to help transfer these approaches into practice.
