The team of ESG specialists operates primarily under the Department of Strategy at the Faculty of Business Administration, Prague University of Economics and Business (VŠE). Together, they create a space for research, education, and dialogue on ESG-related topics.

doc. Ing. Ladislav Tyll, MBA, Ph.D.
Corporate strategy, ESG Strategy, International Strategy, Business Development
Ladislav Tyll serves as the head of the department and Vice-Dean for International Relations at the Faculty of Business Administration, University of Economics in Prague. In his academic and professional practice, he focuses on corporate strategy topics, with a particular emphasis on international strategy and sustainability strategy. Together with his team, he is behind the first independent ESG rating – a ranking of companies in the Czech Republic based on ESG criteria.

Ing. Natálie Badie, MIM
ESG Strategy, ESG Reporting, International Strategy, Corporate Strategy, Business Development
Natalie Badie works at the Department of Strategy at the Faculty of Business Administration, University of Economics in Prague, where she focuses on the ESG area within the research team. She contributed to the creation of the first independent ESG rating – a comparison of companies in the Czech Republic based on ESG criteria, and works as a corporate strategy consultant utilizing ESG.

Ivan Balogh serves as a strategic consultant and lecturer at the Department of Strategy, Faculty of Business Administration, University of Economics in Prague. In his academic and professional practice, he specializes in Corporate Finance, ESG reporting, and creating economic value through the integration of appropriate ESG strategies.
