FBA hosted an international meeting of researchers in the fields of leadership, followership, and social identity (ICSILF)

On May 20, 2025, the Faculty of Business Administration at the Prague University of Economics and Business hosted an international meeting of researchers in the fields of leadership, followership, and social identity (ICSILF), organized by the Department of Managerial Psychology and Sociology.

The conference focused on current research in these areas and featured contributions from leading global scholars, including Alex Haslam, Steve Reicher, Nik Steffens, Tegan Cruwys, Rolf van Dick, and Katrien Fransen. Their talks as well as presentations by other participants sparked a rich exchange of ideas, culminating in a panel discussion on new approaches to leadership.

The full-day event proved to be inspiring and enriching for academics, students, and leadership practitioners alike.

We thank all participants for their active engagement and the Faculty of Business Administration for its support. We look forward to continuing this scholarly dialogue at the next ICSILF meeting, which is expected to take place in two years.
