The full-time two-year provides students with a comprehensive business education to make them fit for starting a career and assuming responsibility in the fast-changing environment of global management tasks. The study field is suitable for students with analytical thinking who are interested in the business environment with an emphasis on management.

Each student of the programme also chooses a Minor Specialization according to their preference: Marketing or Consulting.

Graduates will be able to participate in the execution of economic and managerial functions at mid-management levels in companies and other institutions, where business management education is expected. They mostly start their careers at industrial enterprises, enterprises operating in the energy sector, transport and storage, trade and services or consulting firms.

MSc in Sustainability Management

The programme structure is 3 semesters and is a professionally oriented Master’s programme without a minor specialisation. In this innovative programme, students have the opportunity to explore and understand the complex challenges facing our environment and society, and to develop the skills and knowledge needed to create sustainable solutions. Ph.D. Program Management and Managerial Economics (MMEE)

Are you an aspiring student, interested in developing theoretical knowledge and in conducting research? Do you already hold (or are you about to receive) a Master’s degree? Then our four-year full-time or combined Ph.D. program is the right choice for you.

At the Faculty of Business Administration (FBA), we offer a doctoral program in Management and Managerial Economics. You should enroll for doctoral studies if you want to pursue research or an academic career in future. Alternatively, you may aim at future career in strategic management and consultancy, where strong analytic skills are required.

Program Doctor of Business Administration (DBA)

At the Faculty of Business Administration (FBA), we offer a three-year combined Doctor of Business Administration (“DBA“) program. The DBA is a “professional doctorate”, the main characteristic of which is the acquisition of deep knowledge and the use of the principles in scientific work, especially scientific research methodology, to solve a complex problem of the company or economic practice.

The program is designed for managers with a minimum experience of 5 years (in exceptional cases of 3 years), of which at least a partial experience has been in a managerial position, and professionals who need to use the principles of applied management research to solve practical problems. The program is carried out in English and is completed by obtaining the title and diploma of DBA VŠE. Prerequisite for entry into the program is also a Master’s degree or an MBA degree.
