Our corporate partner, owner and operator of Prague’s 3 major shopping centres Westfield Chodov, Centrum Cerny Most and Metropole Zlicin, the Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Czech Republic, has been named a Top Employer by the Top Employers Institute. The independent institute with 30-year-long tradition certifies companies worldwide that provide an outstanding working environment for their employees. URW is one of just 16 companies in Czechia to receive this world-wide recognized certificate in 2022.

Within the framework of the certification, the domains of Business and People Strategy, Sustainability Ethics & Integrity, Diversity & Inclusion, or the company Values system were named as outstanding fields in the area of human resources and organisation at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Czech Republic. In total Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Czech Republic achieved over 80% scoring points and successfully obtained the Top Employer certificate for the very 1st time.
