Predatory and fake conferences

• Pay attention to fake conferences. They use the same names and abbreviation as other conferences which are really indexed in Scopus / Web of Science. However, when searching in Google, fake conferences often appear at the first ranks of search results.
• Predatory conferences are focused on accepting a large number of low-quality papers, mass-publishing and charging conference fees. Often, they are organized in exotic destinations and use spam to address potential authors.
