VŠE represented by Faculty of Business Administration ranked 86th in the Financial Times Ranking

Financial Times published results of the evaluation of 95 best European business schools for the year 2017. In the European Business Schools Ranking the University of Economics, Prague represented by Faculty of Business Administration ranked 86th. In comparison to 2016, the school’s position improved by two places.

The rating is based on data provided by the universities and their graduates. The main components of the ranking are the quality of Master’s programs, the quality of MBA and executive education, salary of graduates and its dynamics and the quality of academic staff.

The first three places were taken by London Business School (Great Britain), HEC Paris (France) and IE Business School (Spain).

Only five universities from Central and Eastern Europe are placed in the ranking. In addition to the University of Economics, Prague, there are also St Petersburg State University, Kozminski University, Warsaw School of Economics and Corvinus University of Budapest.
