How to successfully Transfer Family Business to Second Generation

International Conference, 30 January 2018

The Center for Family Businesses at the University of Economics, Prague and the Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Crafts CZ organize a conference “How to Successfully Transfer Family Business to Second Generation“. The conference focuses on first-generation family businesses, the generation of founders and issues surrounding their transfer to the second generation of family owners. The conference will be attended by representatives of the government, representatives of major Czech family businesses and representatives of the Czech and foreign academic sphere.

Among the key conference speakers we are happy to have prof. Mattias Nordqvist – a world-renowned expert on family businesses, Director of Centre for Family Entreprise and Ownership at the Jönköping International Business School and Roberto Brazzale – the owner of a family business operating in the Czech Republic representing the seventh generation in an Italian family firm founded in 1784.

During breaks and at the end of the conference, there will be, apart refreshments, enough space for opportunities for networking and sharing experience.

When: Tuesday, 30 January 2018 10:00 – 18:00

Where: University of Economics, Prague, W. Churchill Sq. 4, 130 67 Praha 3 (located in “Rajská budova” – entry through Italská street)
